## Taco Time NW Reviews in United States

### *---- "Clunky"
The app is a little clunky, you should just be able to select the item and continue, but separate item of a meal opens a pop up you have to select individually before you can add it to your cart. But what is really annoying is that if you need to change the location, it completely empties your cart and you need to start over.

### *---- "Can’t login"
Love the restaurant, not thrilled with this app. Ever since there was the change in app providers, it has been impossible for me to login. I’ve tried going the route of migrating my account as well as starting over from scratch with a new account. In every instance I receive the message “Oops phone has already been taken. OK”. There is no way I have been able to find to remedy this. It has been very frustrating.

### **--- "Incorrect order"
Received the wrong order.
-- StaJeff, 2024-10-15

### ***** "Love of yummy food"
No longer live in WA and nothing near my current home comes even close to Taco Time. It’s a must when back in the NW
-- Crissygirl74, 2024-10-14

### *---- "New app is a pain"
Both my wife and I have had “validating order” errors where the app just hangs. Also it used to be easy to get rewards in store by just scanning your account code. Now it makes me enter my receipt. Whoever came up with this system did a poor job. We like Taco Time a lot but I sure hate the app/new rewards.

### ***** "Always Fresh"
Food always good and fresh. I really like the crispy bean burrito.
-- Avram Iancu, 2024-08-19

### **--- "Poorly made food!"
I guess it’s hard to find employees that can follow a script on how to make a dish! I don’t do jalapeños my dish is covered with them! Our other dish was not what is supposed to be either no beans and sour cream. I’m not sure I’ll ever return!

### ***-- "Burrito"
Not wrapped well chicken fell out.
-- CampusDrive, 2024-07-11

### ***-- "Not great"
The new app is a little glitchy, it’s not easy to see what option you’ve picked, and there’s a giant “cancel order” button after you’ve paid that seems easy to bump. And the eye rolling emoji when you type in your login info is a bit much. Odd design choice with that one.
-- tshanik, 2024-06-17

### *---- "Awful program…"
Where the app may work at taking your money at time of purchase…. The rewards program is totally broken.

The only reason to use the app is to earn points for rewards you will never receive.

The customer services team at TTNW also does not seem to know or understand the problems reported by their customers. I cannot explain it any more simple than the app says you got a reward, but there is no reward.

Don’t wast your time with this app…. It has no value as a rewards program.
