Garbage app ending up with thermostats offline at random periods. In apple home all is fine so clearly app issue. Also the charts rendering is embarrassing.

Overall the app works, no obvious bugs etc., I like it. However, I need scenes feature or possibility to run multiple setups / schedules - e.g. I'm home alone, I'm home with kids, I'm away for a few hours, we're away for holiday. This could be quite simple feature while providing great addition to the user experience!

Nice UI / UX, pretty app design, easy pairing setup, offset functionality, useful and well-advised design… happy I have chosen Tado after many hours of prospecting other options ☺️ only have one suggestion: What about a half-year/heating season subscription plan for a better price than 4 € per month, guys? We paid for HW already😉🤑 consider this… Thanks 🤗

The app, once free, now requires a subscription to be used. Yes, you read it right. Smart valves as a service. I bought into the tado system a month ago, paying a premium specifically for products that do not require a subscription to be used, only to be rug-pulled days later. I am going to return all the devices. I suggest everyone to do the same, and to not buy anything from tado anymore.

Why does the app keep going into “until I resume schedule” when I always use a timer, even for a device change? That way it keeps heating for unnecesarrily long and takes my money. Also why is there not an option to keep at least one valve open? Gas boilers do not like that and they break. It’s just a software thing. Improve that! Also you should support multiple saved presets and unlock the statstics for everyone or at least make it 1/10 of the current price. I bought the new Tado X and I am not satisfied

In the free version, the application responds perfectly to the open window. Unfortunately, the open window does not work with the paid service. The open window is there and the system switches on the boiler like a charm.

Geolocation settings buttons dont work. Geolocation does not work as well. The rest is good.

I’d like to thank you for this amazing tool for scheduling heating time, it saved me couple of bucks. Would it be also possible to create templates for year seasons, so instead of changing schedule for every room it might be possible only to switch between those templates with predefined plans ?
