De tado° app is meer dan slimme verwarming. Je maakt je hele woning klaar voor slim energiebeheer. Koppel je tado° energietarief. Houd je verbruik en kosten altijd in zicht. En met Smart Charging laadt je EV automatisch op wanneer energie het goedkoopst is. Alles in één app.

SMART HEATING KERNFUNCTIES

• Bediening op afstand via de app: Beheer je verwarmingssysteem altijd en overal.
• Slim Schema: Stel eenvoudig aangepaste verwarmingsschema's in voor elke kamer.
• Kamer Koppeling: De slimme samenwerking tussen kamerthermostaten en de verwarmingsketel maakt je verwarmingssysteem efficiënter. De verwarmingsketel werkt alleen wanneer een kamer warmte nodig heeft. En elke kamer verwarmt tot de eigen doeltemperatuur.
• Smart Home-integratie: tado° werkt met Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa en Samsung SmartThings via Matter.
• Eenvoudige doe-het-zelf-installatie: De app biedt persoonlijke stap-voor-stap-installatie-instructies voor jouw verwarmingssysteem.

Krijg nog meer slimme functies met AI Assist (abonnement). Onze AI leert jouw routines en kamerkenmerken kennen om comfort en efficiëntie te verbeteren. Je bespaart tot wel 55%¹ meer energie dan met de gratis tado° app.

• Adaptief Verwarmen: Leert de unieke verwarmingspatronen van elke kamer kennen, optimaliseert je energieverbruik en verhoogt je comfort, terwijl jij de controle houdt.
• Geolocatie: tado° gebruikt je telefoonlocatie om te detecteren wanneer niemand thuis is en zet de verwarming automatisch uit.
• Verwarmen Voor Aankomst: Dankzij voorspellende AI verwarmt tado° je woning vlak voordat je thuiskomt.
• Vakantiemodus: Schakelt je verwarming uit wanneer je op vakantie gaat en zet deze automatisch weer aan voordat je terugkomt.

• Hydraulische Balancering: Beheert automatisch de waterstroom voor een gelijkmatige warmteverdeling over alle radiatoren.
• Care & Protect: Bewaakt je verwarmingssysteem, meldt ongewoon gedrag en helpt je problemen op te lossen met eenvoudige stap-voor-stap-handleidingen.
• Klimaatcomfort: Helpt je een gezonder binnenklimaat te creëren, met gerichte tips – bijvoorbeeld wanneer je moet ventileren of als er schimmelrisico is.

I have 4 radiator thermostats and a main thermostat. None of the rooms are ever at the temperature I set them. Either 1 or 2 degrees above or below never the exact temperature. I don’t understand how Tado can get so many positive reviews

2 locaties beheren in de app is teveel gevraagd….. ze zorgen ervoor dat ik bewust een ander kies neem op de zaak haha what a joke. Elke dag in en uitloggen op de zaak en thuis vinden ze bij tado blijkbaar normaal…………….. en de widgets missen nog steeds om snel alles aan en uit te zetten… 

En nee dit ga ik niet op jullie forum plaatsen, dit is echt de basis van een app…. Niks geen requests op forums. Zorg dat de basis klopt.

Edit: zoals ik al aangaf, ik ga dit niet plaatsen, jullie forum staat al vol met dit verzoek echter blijkbaar te lage prio……

Be very very careful before you buy this. Read carefully and do your research first. 

There are 2 major reasons to stay far away from this product compared to competitors. 

1. They do NOT offer multi home options. If you have more than one property you can not “select” different properties in the app. Advice from tado support is to create different accounts on different emails, which means geofencing will NOT WORK at all depending on which account you are logged in. This directly leads to issue:

2. Geofencing is NOT free like with all other brands. They call it auto assist and it does not work without paying a subscription. This is free in other apps like nest. This also relates to issue 1 since you do not have multi home support you also need to buy multiple subscriptions for each account to have the auto assist, which then again does not work because you have to switch accounts all the time. 

Basically do not get this if you have more than 1 property and also not if you want your heating to automatically switch off when you leave home.
