I’m really happy for having chosen Tado. Very reliable. A great way to control the comfort of your home. You also get information about the humidity in every room where you have a heater. All that you can do locally, on your phone or when away.

The UI to change the AC settings is confusing. It mixes timers with actions that should be performed now. I never know how to use it. Pls can you improve it?

For many years costumers complains to tado, because ( specially on big houses) there’s range problems between thermostats and the main bridge. Costumers keeps asking Tado a range entender, or the possibility to add a second bridge, but the brand keeps ignoring the request. If you have a big house, stay away from Tado

I recently discovered Tado products and have been thoroughly impressed with their effectiveness and simplicity. The Tado app is a prime example of how technology can be both intuitive and highly functional. Setting up the devices was a seamless, hassle-free process. Since then, my experience with the climate control system at home has significantly improved.

What I appreciate most about the Tado app is its ability to do exactly what it promises, without errors or unnecessary complications. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and offers all the functionalities I need to manage my home’s environment. The ability to adjust the temperature from anywhere, at any time, not only provides incredible comfort but also helps optimise energy consumption.

In addition to the quality of the products and the app, I must commend Tado’s customer support service. In every interaction I’ve had, I’ve found a team that is attentive, ready to clarify doubts and resolve any issues with efficiency and courtesy.

I have used for more then 4 years
Tado system I have used for more then 4 years. It works but the interface is terrible. Color choice is terrible and hard to read. Graphs are terrible. You can only 24h. Data cannot be exported to make further analysis. High price. There is so much to improve
