تطبيق رائع جداً واكثر شي عجبني الارشادات زي مارسي التمارين ، تناولي اطعمة غنية ب فيتامين كذا وكذا  .. 
لكن عندي ملاحظة 
- طريقة تعديل بيانات الدورة فيها صعوبة شوي لو تتسهل . 
وعندي اقتراح اتمنى اضافة الاعراض النفسية والجسدية اللي ممكن انها تجي مع او قبل الدورة ،( مثال : اليوم الاول من الدورة من الممكن الاحساس ببرودة في الاطراف وصداع وو ، اليوم الثاني … وهكذا )  مجرد اقتراح لتحسين وتطوير البرنامج .

بالذات اني مريضة تكيس مبايض ودورتي غير منتظمة واحتاج انتي اتابعها بانتظام لمواعيد المستشفى، جدااا افادني واختصر لي مراحل كثير ممكن اعاني في تسجيلها.
تسجيل الاعراض يومياً + كل يوم يقولي ايش ممكن اسوي +جزئية التوعية في المواضيع الي تهم المراءة +  توضيح المراحل الهرمونية 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

بسيط وسهل استخدامه

كنت استخدم تطبيقات انجليزية لمتابعة الدورة وماكنت افهم الا ايام الدوره 🥲 ولقيت هذا الحمدلله استخدمه من سنوات ويساعدني كثير وتقدرين تطلعين تقرير لدورة منه اذا احتجتي تتطمنين على نفسك في المستشفى وميزات كثيره حلوه مو مدفوعه تكلمت عنه عند نص الي اعرفهم واستفادوا منه💗

مثلًا اذا تجاوزت يومين حيض ونسيت اسجل من اليوم الاول يرفض يخليني اعدل التاريخ البداية الى قبل يومين..
لازم اسجلها بنفس اليوم او خلاص راحت علي
هذا يخلي حساب الدورة غير دقيق ف صراحة هذي المشكلة خلتني ما اعتمد على التطبيق
