Har haft 10 Somfy rullegardiner og brugt fjernbetjeningen i 2 år. Opgraderede så med Tahoma boks og app og siden da har der været problemer jævnligt. Tahoma boksen mister netværksforbindelsen. Gardinerne styres ikke korrekt men samles i tilfældige grupper. Dog god support fra Somfy selvom problemerne ikke bliver løst. Opdatering: Nu er support overdraget til en anden partner og det er blevet værre. Lang svartid. Ingen løsninger.

Can not connect awnings to switch anymore after updating to 1.16

Kan kun køre op og ned ingen programmer som sætter på specifikke fix punkter Luxaflex er flere længder foran jer - giv udvikler en løsning med hjem og lad ham bruge det i hverdagen
Den gamle app var bedre
Hvorfor kan man ikke koble sammen med Siri så den kan styres med iOS? Kom nu… det er 2023…

Alle tiders app og styring af mine rullegardiner - men savner integration med Apple Home Kit

Mange fejl i den nye app. Jeg får jævnligt notifikationer om fejl og mistet signal til styreboks. Håber det bliver rettet snart

Der er så mange fejl at det er imponerende. Deres udviklere og QA afdeling arbejder kun med happy flows. Amatører på højeste niveau
