I can’t find my old account
I started playing when the game first came out in I linked my account to Facebook but I can’t find my original severe or my old account I switched from android to iPhone I was close to level 100

When I updated my Iphone to xs max I realized it was not compatible with it.
Help summone screen
Can’t get out of the summon screen when summoning a character I have to keeping restarting the game all the time but the game still brings me there I can’t click out of the summoning screen please help.

iOS is not working well!
The games broken
Whenever I opened the game I would just get killed instantly and it was annoying cause I used to play the original Tachi Panda and this is just sad
Hackers
Don’t waste your time playing this game there are a lot of hacker here i was fighting a boss in dungeon where you cant see on the world map but they can trace and find your position and kill you no i would not recommend this game to friends I reported the issue to the gm and they did not help at all poor customer service
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GAME SECURITY
Almost a month ago I sent Snail customer service an email, reporting a player using a bug/cheating system to attack other players in the game and boost his dmg on his character he is using and I still haven't receive a response of what they found out. Either NO action has been taken against this particular player. A lot of people has spent a lot of money in this game and it's not fair that Snail just ignore these types of reports when these players are using a bug to cheat the system. That should be against Snail policies. This really affects the gaming experience of other players. I look forward to see an improvement in their game security platform.
