Everything I need is in one place, which makes staying consistent so much easier. Tracking nutrition is incredibly simple. I can scan barcodes, create custom foods in seconds, and keep everything organized without feeling like it's a chore. My workouts are laid out clearly, I can log weights and reps as I go, and seeing my progress over time has been a huge motivator. I also love being able to track progress photos and body stats all within the same app. What really sets Tai Train apart, though, is the coaching. Having video check-ins, direct messaging, and personalized feedback built into the app makes the experience feel seamless. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping his clients succeed. Since working with Dan, I've built healthier habits, gained confidence in the gym, learned how to train with purpose, and developed a much better understanding of nutrition and recovery. The personal training fell short to be honest. Dan pretty much puts together the workouts and sets the meal plan but there really is no consistent interaction or motivation on his end to help you succeed! At the end of my plan I didn't even get an acknowledgment or message. I was just dropped from the workouts. The price here is a bit high for the lack of follow up, check in from the coach and accountability. I would encourage people to stick to in person training.
