I have the free trial, it is about to end but I am very happy with the pace, organization and the method to reinforce learning. However, when recording speech on longer phrases there the section with the phrase is not visible  when there is an error.  The correct sections of the phrase is highlighted in green as well as the incorrect parts,  is covered by a larger box, a prompt that tells you which part of the phrase is incorrect. Additionally, as beginner that prompt tells you the incorrect word in Arabic which sometimes is not easily easy to recognize.  I appreciated the prompt as it tells you the sound that is wrong but I cannot read the alphabet yet. There is only one opportunity to click to hear the phrase and that can leave me guessing the correct sound . I would like to continue learning after the trail ends but I am afraid this issue may be a problem further down the road. Thank you

This is literally the best Arabic and language app in general I’ve used to far! Please keep going this will be a great resource for the ummah. I really like the conversational Arabic. It’s interactive and makes learning it fun without being boring and long. If you guys figure out a nice way to add a section or a way to learn Quranic terms it would be amazing too. Im excited to see the hud hud talking bird. I used to have an Arabic teacher in the past that would have a beginner Arabic conversation with me in the past which was beneficial, if this is like that it’ll be so useful.

Actually it follows Cal AI type on boarding & AirLearn type gamified learning but Arabic specific. Well built app!

Total fraud, in my experience. I paid for a one-year subscription, but the app only worked for about two weeks. After that, I tried repeatedly to reach someone for help and to see if the issue could be resolved, but I received no response.

I contacted them through email, the chatbot, and even Instagram, but still couldn’t get any assistance or a response.

I’m extremely disappointed and honestly sad to see this kind of customer service. Paying for a full year and then being unable to use the service after only two weeks is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not subscribing until the company improves its customer support and resolves issues like this. I feel like I paid for a service that I ultimately couldn’t use.

In level one , unit three , the app stops working smoothly. I have to skip through lessons because I would speak and the app is not recognizing my speech and not working properly. There needs to be a bug fix on this issue. I have closed out and reopened many times. But same issue. So I am just going through the second by just moving on to the next section without any feedback.
