App is not ready for use
Sending vouchers to friends had error but shows as sending. Recipient does not receive SMS code to accept voucher. Transfer is impossible. App is badly made. Unlike capitastar and westmall.

Lacking VIP experience
No notifications for VIPs on app. Should have easier access on dashboard. SMS consent got removed/disabled for no reason.
App hangs immediately after login
Can’t click on anything on the landing page. Unusable app.
App freeze on landing screen
Forced by Apple to udate to ios 17.1.2. Unable to use Taka app, everything froze on landing screen unable to tap or scroll.

Managed to download and updated with my Taka card, didn’t receive any OTP on my mobile number, waited but nothing came through. Ok receiving via email.
Good information for any new promotion and brand
