I had a phone with my app, the phone died, used an old phone til I finally bought a new phone. It won’t work on my new phone and the number they give you to call is NEVER answered. Can’t sign on to cancel or keep membership.

The app doesn’t show the vehicle tag ID for both my vehicles.

Love going to Take 5 in Mckinney, Tx. All staff, especially Christina, are super helpful, kind and professional. Will never go anywhere else!

This app is poorly executed, with many menu options that are pointless and do nothing. For the money this business generates, you'd think they'd have the decency to offer a nice digital experience.

My local carwash doesn’t know how to use the app. I’ve had 3 employees there at different times tell me not to use the app. I have $15 on there that I can’t use.
