De Courier App is een intuïtief hulpmiddel voor bezorgers en restaurants om effectiever en efficiënter samen te werken. 

De app helpt bezorgers bij het afhalen van bestellingen bij het restaurant, zorgt ervoor dat ze alle relevante klantinformatie zoals naam, adres en bestelgegevens bij de hand hebben, helpt hen de weg te vinden naar de locatie van de klant, contact op te nemen met de klant indien nodig en hun bezorging op een efficiënte manier af te ronden. 

De app laat klanten altijd precies weten waar hun bestelling is, en biedt daarmee rust. Bovendien maakt de app het makkelijker voor je restaurants om maaltijden te plannen en voor jou wordt bezorging ontzettend eenvoudig. De belangrijkste voordelen zijn: 

Je kunt bestellingen opeisen: Scan de QR-code op de bestelbon om de bezorging van die bestelling op je te nemen. Heb je de app nog niet? Geen probleem! Scan de QR-code en begin het downloadproces. 

Je ziet nu een digitale bon: Via de pagina met bestelgegevens op de bon weet je alles, van de naam en het adres van de klant tot wat er in de tas zit. 

Contact opnemen met de klant: Bel de klant op elk moment met één druk op de knop. 

Volledige transparantie voor iedereen: Zowel het restaurant als de klant weet precies waar je bent, zodat ze weten wanneer ze je kunnen verwachten. 

Toegang als gast: Nog niet overtuigd van de app? Probeer het als gast! Door de QR-code op de bon te scannen, kun je de app gebruiken om bestellingen als gast te bezorgen. Meld je aan zodra je overtuigd bent.

2.	Registreer je in met je e-mailadres
3.	Accepteer de uitnodiging van je restaurantmanager
4.	Neem een of meerdere bestellingen aan en begin met bezorgen

Als gast

1.	Scan de QR-code op de bestelbon 
2.	Ontvang de bestelgegevens via de app en voltooi de bezorging 
3.	Registreer je met je e-mailadres en laat het restaurant weten dat je voor hen wilt bezorgen
4.	Vraag de restaurantmanager om je uitnodiging te accepteren zodat je aan de slag kunt
Bij de app hoort een Courier App Portal die volledige zichtbaarheid geeft aan restaurants via een gedetailleerd dashboard. Het zit boordevol functies waarmee alle betrokken partijen op elk moment over alle informatie beschikken die ze nodig hebben.

Jarenlang ging het vrijwel probleemloos met thuisbezorgd.

Er stond altijd alle informatie op de bezorgbon. 

Naam, adres, telefoonnummer & wat er besteld is.

Na een “update” zijn het adres en telefoonnummer vervangen door een qr code. Deze werkt vaak niet of niet goed. 

Om toch op een normale manier te kunnen werken doen wij nu op elke order handmatig het adres en telefoonnummer erbij schrijven zodra ze binnen komen. 

Dit gaat helaas ook niet altijd goed omdat op hele drukke dagen het handschrift van sommige collegas achteruit gaat en er dagelijks fouten worden gemaakt bij het overschrijven. 

Resultaat: ergernis bij zowel klant als bij ons bedrijf. 

Bij de klanten waar iets mis is gegaan adviseer ik daarom altijd om de zaak te bellen voor een bestelling. Is het snelste, en kan er minder mis gaan.

We are a restaurant partner with Thuisbezorgd since 2015. We have been working well with them for all these years but all have changed at the beginning of 2023. Since the 8th of February, we have written numerous emails to Thuisbezorgd customer service regarding their new update with the Tconnect printer and they haven’t given me a proper response yet (12 weeks of waiting time). On the 8th Feb 2023, Thuisbezorgd suddenly announced that all partners who are using their tconnect printer will not print out customer addresses and instead will print out a QR code for every order. To get the addresses of customers, we will need to use their newly developed app to do so. Sadly, when we noticed this change, we immediately contacted TB customer service (through telephone) and tell them it is not something we could do because not all of our employees have smartphones that could scan QR codes and that it is insufficient to do an extra step for every order (super time consuming). Not to mention, the possibility that the courier could mess up the orders (since they couldn't tell which address is on the receipt) or due to bad weather (Dutch weather) QR code could be destroyed and not scan able. We call them twice and both agents told me there is nothing we could do (quite rudely) and we should email them instead. Therefore, we have turned off the printer ever since and emailed Thuisbezorgd about this matter that evening. Almost every week, we have written to them that we want to stop using the machine since the update and they choose to ignore our request and yet they still charge us the connect fee regardless (even though we haven’t used it for 12 weeks). It has been 12 weeks and we have been waiting patiently and not sure how long we still have to wait till we could get a proper response. Thuisbeozrgd is such a big corporate company with so many employees working for it. It makes no sense that they do not have any time to respond or contact us about this. They left me no choice but to leave this review.

Wat een verschrikkelijke app. Je kan Alleen via deze app de adres van de bestelling zien. Op een Een printbon geen adres te zien.  Heel slechte ervarimg!

De app is handig voor de bezorgers van het restaurant dat gebruik maakt van thuisbezorgd. Het probleem met de app is dat bij de kaartverwijzing de adressen via Google Maps wilt openen. Deze kan je niet veranderen naar Apple Kaarten. Het is gebruikelijk dat een iOS gebruiker gebruik maakt van Apple Kaarten en geen Google Maps. Al maakt de bezorger gebruik van Google Maps. Deze is niet gebruiksvriendelijk op de iOS.

Ik ben niet te vreden over de app. 
Op de app komt te staan dat de bestelling niet betaald is terwijl in ons systeem staat dat de bestelling wel betaald is. Dit is dus verwarrend.
