Very bad customer service never helped me and never solved my problem

Putting a delivery fee of 1.50 JOD for a mall that is only 5 mins away is a crime!! Before updating or whatever you’ve guys done you put a delivery fee of 15 cents for the same mall

لو وصلكم الطلب غلط اعرفوا انو حقكم رح يروح ورح تكونو دفعتو مصاري وما رح ترجعلكم انا من الناس الكتير بتستخدم التطبيق اخر طلب وصلني كلو غلط وطلبات مش مصدق🙂

The review below was written a couple of years ago and absolutely nothing has changed! Too bad we font have an alternative in Jordan!!! Customer service ZERO! Missing items, wrong items, broken items - no follow up! Previous review:- The delivery is ok. However the total lack of direct and flexible help or support is unacceptable. Whenever there is a missing item from an order their immediate response is a refund without any alternative options. Sometimes the entire grocery order is based on a certain item and they simply refund it without calling to say that the main item is missing, and without offering an alternative. It seems as if they want to keep some of our money in talabat pay, so that we have to order again. There is no direct phone to communicate with a help line, and when i reported and issue on the app, it got closed without actually resolving the issue. Owners need to read the reviews and make an overhaul of the app and add direct actual help/support option similarly to other apps. Otherwise talabat will remain a 2nd delivery/shopping option, just in the case when the other option is not available.
