Great fast delivery

I’ve been using Talabat for a long time, but I’m very disappointed with the recent changes to their customer service. They’ve removed all the quick and direct ways to contact support — no live chat, no phone number, nothing! The only option left is to send an email, which is extremely inconvenient for urgent issues. What makes it even more frustrating is how sarcastic it feels to have a “Get Help” button in the app — when you click it, it only shows generic, useless information that never actually helps with real problems! It feels like they’ve made it intentionally difficult to get proper support. If something goes wrong with your order, there’s no way to get fast help. Customers deserve to be served well and feel supported — it’s not just about the app receiving payment and moving on, with no care for the actual experience or feedback. Talabat seriously needs to bring back real-time support. Good service isn’t just about placing an order — it’s about being there for your customers when they need you most!!

الميزة الوحيدة بالتطبيق انه يوفر كل المطاعم تقريبا، غير عن كذا اكثر برنامج يتاخر بالتوصيل واكثر برنامج ما يهتم بالمستخدمين واسعار الاكل فهل برنامج الوحيد من بين كل برامج التوصيل يكون السعر دبل سعر المطعم غير اسعار التوصيل المبالغ فيها وكليوم يضيفوا طريقه يسحبوا فيها فلوس قدر المستطاع يرفعوا اسعار الوجبات او يزيدوا ضريبة الخدمة ولا يزيدوا سعر التوصيل، برنامج حرامية باختصار

Talabat oman has bad customer service

The TIP given to rider before delivery is disastrous Today I had to cancel 2 requests, one because rider booked the ride even when he is busy (with omr 0.5 tip). The result is I cancelled request after long wait. Second request is bad behaviour from rider who accepted the ride with pre tip omr 1. his response to my chat was completely impolite despite the tip. Conclusion: Only allow tip after delivering to ensure no over accepting rides when tip is shown and to give tip to the only qualified riders.

لا يتنزل لي ما المشكلة

بما أنني عميلة لطلبات منذ ٢٠١٧ ولكن للأسف بعد هذه المدة كلها قررت التوقف عنً استخدامه وذلك بسبب رد اعتبره غير منصف تماما يعني استلم وجبة نصفها مطبوخة ونصفها نيء وعند تقديمي للشكوى يتم الرد أنني عميل لدي سوابق شكاوى سابقة اليس هذا حقي يعني ليش نطلب من طلبات إذا ما في ضمان لجودة الاكل وصحته بصراحة جدا مستاءة من هذا الأمر واتمنى ما يحدث لاي شخص آخر

The app these days having an issue with the time of delivery and showing some of the restaurants as closed but in the real time there are open. The time of delivering now increased by 50% than usual. The company must fix this
