The worst application they take money form people s card without there consent and the customer service is a lie

I can’t believe that a well rooted company in the Qatari market can be unprofessional and reckless toward such a crucial pilar such as customer experience, very disappointed, u can do better. Focus on ur CSAT

Very bad and unprofessional customer service.

They have a useless team of staff that they keep sending autogenerated email without solving anything, the worst app for food delivery never again

Your rude employees made you lose a customer, took 3 photos for the food for a wrong order and got nothing but food to trash.

I loved talabat but I had once a problem with one of the delivery men that didn’t bring my money back i never had this kind of issue before but didn’t find anyway to contact costumer service I hope there is better way to deal with this kind of problem in the future I never had bad experience before with talabat workers I hope this kind of issue never happen again

اسوء اختيار اني اتعامل مع شركة اولاً ماعندها رقم ممكن نتواصل فيه مع احد شيء جداً غريب وثانياً اذا حصلت مشكله هم الي يتصلون فيك واسلوب جداً وقح ويقفل الخط في وجهي ولا يفهم المشكله، والاهم من هاي كله والمشكله الاساسيه، حصل معاي اني طلبت من مطعم والمطعم اتصل وقالي الطلب مب متوفر وتكنسل الطلب وانا دافعه، وطبعاً هم ك شركه خذت الفلوس وانا ادرب انها مستحيل ترد على حسابي البنكي صارلي من قبل هالشي ولارجع شي على حسابي البني ف حطوه لي فالمحفظة، والمشكله لما يحطونه فالمحفظة لما تجي تطلب مره ثانيه والطلب يتعدى المبلغ الي موجود فالمحفظه، مايصير تدفع الباقي ب apple pay او كاش عند الاستلام!!!! لازم احط الcredit card!!! انزين انتو خذتوا فلوسي وفوق هذااا ماترجعونهم وتحطونهم فالمحفظة وحاديني اني اطلب على قد المبلغ واذا زاد مافي الا هالطريقة؟؟؟ شلون جي اصلا وانتو الحين بدال لا بنفسكم تحلون المشكله وتطلب مني على الاقل اني اطلب وعادي ادفع الباقي كاش حق السايق تقولي لا ماينفع ماقدر اسوي شي؟ اسوء تجربه ومستحيل ارجع اطلب منهم.

As long as I was a pro subscriber you have people attending to you. If you use the normal service no customer service, the numbers of the drivers are fake and you are stuck either your problems. Food starting to arrive late because they prioritize pro deliveries, the driver left half the order at the restaurant because he was busy .. and things like that and no one to complain to . And even when I was a pro subscriber they owed me 91 riyals for charging me twice by mistake. I never got it back!
