Poor connection

Have been logged out and whenever I try to log in it’s acting up.when I call the customer service nothing happens abt it.it’s not great on my side

This app is great, however once you get logged out, it is a freaking night made to re-log back in or get a hold of customer service. I would think that such high tech company would make it easier and secure to recover and re-log back in more efficiently. As I make this review, I have not been able to use this app for about a week and neither has my sister in-law. I like this app don’t get me wrong but I am Experiencing a rare but a serious flaw for this promising app😢

It’s good that you don’t have to put phone number but sometimes people can’t get you clearly

Am in America and communication with my family in Kenya Africa is loud and clear👌👌👌👍👍👍 I hope it’s stays that way.
