For over a month second time my line been disconnected, no chance to even get through to anyone once you do they tell you you’re paying for engineer £75 and all that policy if you miss the appointment. But once you switch to other companie they call like crazy, two rings and off after they say you don’t pick up. Scare me terminate charge, no worries we see you in consumer court, will see who’s braking the contract.

Trying to login using this app. Error messages vary between 'something went wrong, try again later' or 'email or password incorrect'. So I go directly to the TT website and login using the very same details, with no problem at all. I've even deleted and reinstalled the app. So, what's the purpose of the app?

UPDATE: customer service is terrible no help ,so will be canceling, I assume you have to use fsecure search engine to use this feature to be secure???? To much faffing about !!!! Uninstalling & canceling service 😩 Doesn’t scan etc it hasn’t blocked any scam websites etc??? What’s the point in using it????? As above need help to use this app, 😵‍💫 Been on it a year & still not 100% sure how to use it.. sorry Struggle with using technology

Not for Free Rubbish

The app has been down for nearly 2 months and they still have not done anything to fix it what’s the point if you cannot login to the account on the app May as well delete it

It is an obvious issue to be addressed by a responsible supplier. Well done TalkTalk and Fsecure!

The description for this app suggests there is antivirus protection. All I can find is a browser with some form of security (I haven’t tested how secure that is). That isn’t what is described in the app description. Installed yesterday. Uninstalled today. Exceptionally poor from TalkTalk!
