It crashes after exiting each use and requires a full reinstall and subsequent code verification each time you want to use it again. Halfway through a chat session it looses connection to the server requiring yet another reinstall, at which point sometimes the customer service operator has ended the chat line meaning you have to wait and provide all the same information again. When booking an install date the app then displays a different time window to what was booked, and then at a later date was showing my install had been cancelled requiring a check with the customer services that it was in fact still going ahead.
