There is nothing in this app. Only a link that takes you to the website, that then crashes anyway. Don’t waste your storage space. A massive fail for TT. -- Foxy_licious, 2024-12-06 ### ***** "Amazing app" I love this app and I don’t recommend listing to 1 star reviews they are a lie this app is really good 😄😄😄😄👍🏻 -- bvcxzbnm 5432112345, 2024-11-09 ### *---- "Not recognised" I go through the login process click address then it say you don’t have full fibre in your area! I’m connected to full fibre 900! Spent total of over an 1 ½ hours trying to get sorted on the phone with someone but have now given up. Come on talk talk get it sorted please. -- GnB66, 2024-10-16 ### *---- "TalkTalk Plus service isn't available?" I'm an out of contract existing customer trying to upgrade to Full Fibre 900. The website says no problem, but it asked me to use this app to place my order. When I log in to this app, I get a message that the service isn't available to me. I spent an hour on web chat only to be told to call customer services tomorrow. It shouldn't be so hard to give you my money. 😭 -- KimmyCanucker, 2024-09-22 ### *---- "Terrible!" This App must be an embarrassment to TalkTalk. It just doesn’t work. Apple should intervene and remove it from the store. How can this even be available for download? Zero stars. -- GL0D, 2024-09-19 ### *---- "Totally Rubbish." I was transferred to TALKTALK by my previous supplier. Nothing but problems since then. The App is useless, full of code errors, crashes, won’t allow you to progress through searches or complete a purchase. Unable to contact anyone customer service support.Things are jus as bad when attempting to contact by phone!! Total nightmare company. -- judge Rinder, 2024-08-19 ### *---- "Doesn’t work!" Keeps crashing, doesn't recognise my email, when i do eventually log in , it logs me Out after 20 mins and we are back to error! And repeat! -- techyhazza, 2024-08-14 ### *---- "Worst App i have ever downloaded in 17yrs of Apple ownership" By far the worst app I have ever downloaded in 17yrs of iPhone ownership. Constantly needs to be deleted and re-download every time you want to login to it. Last update hasn’t actually fixed any issues. -- Yer Old Dear, 2024-08-12 ### *---- "App doesn’t work / customer service are useless" The app crashes all the time so for Plus customers who are told “you must manage your acct from the app” it becomes an impossible task! Customer service say their system hasn’t yet been updated to recognise Plus customer acct numbers (?!) so they can’t help either. Totally useless from start to finish! -- Sazzmcclazz, 2024-08-08 ### *---- "TalkTalk to the hand" New TalkTalk customer on fibre broadband. Rapid in my lounge near router but poor coverage through other parts of house. Need boosters please but can’t get through on app or phone - or register online. -- WhiteHeatX, 2024-08-06 [View all TalkTalk reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## TalkTalk Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Utilities | #40 | --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
