I canceled my membership and they keep charging me. The first useless customer service told me my membership is active and that’s why i am being charged . The second customer service said my membership is canceled and i shouldn’t pay anything anymore. Then the 3rd said, even if you cancel you still need to pay the monthly payment. It seems I will pay for the rest of my life because i was stupid enough to subscribe to them. I asked them to show me a policy where it says i have to pay for 2 or 3 months after cancellation and i did not get a response

I downloaded this app & couldn’t use it because they don’t offer it in the United States. They don’t tell you that where you down load the app that’s it’s only good in certain countries. Highly disappointed. They lost a potential good customer. They need to offer this in more places.

استخدمت الطبيق لفترة طويلة. كان دائما تطبيق رائع، إلى ان أضطررت ان أتواصل مع خدمة العملاء. للأسف تامارا شركة كبيرة لكن ما عندهم خدمة للعملاء . عندهم فريق تاخذهم العزة بالإثم ويقولون لك ما فيه اية مشاكل بالحساب أنت غبي وإذا اتضح ان فيه مشكلة قالوا لك حلها أنت.

اشتريت من احد المتاجر المعتمدة لدى تطبيق تمارا ودفعت الدفعة الاولى والامور تمام ، لما دفعت الدفعة الثانية تفاجاءت بزيادة في مبلغ الدفعة الثانية تواصلت معا البنك قالو لي ان المشكلة من تطبيق تمارا معا العلم اني دفعت الدفعة الثانية قبل موعدها بيومين ، وتواصلت معا مركز المساعدة داخل التطبيق وهم يماطلون ولا ساعدوني في استرداد فلوسي ولا شيء فقط كلام و تواصلت معا ايميل شركة تمارا بالبريد الالكتروني ونفس الشيء ، نصيحة لاتدفع عن طريق تمارا لانهم يماطلون وانا لي اكثر من يوم اتواصل معهم ولا ساعدوني بشيء والادلة موجودة عندي 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 افشل تطبيق
