I have footage of the bin truck go past my house they then empty everyone’s bin and drive off without even going near my bin. It’s time to ask for a refund. I’d like to be able to report my bin on the app and also a place on there I can add footage to prove my bin was not overflowing and outside on time as all the other bins were emptied. -- Council tax paid on time, 2025-07-14 ### *---- "I can’t find my address" My grey bin is outside for the last two weeks now and waiting for tamside team to collect it or any suggestion what to do? -- khanqadi, 2025-03-15 ### *---- "Reports closed nothing done" Sadly I have reported fly tipping 3 times and each time the report gets closed with various excuses like already reported by someone else or we’ve cleared this already (looks out the window and it’s still there🤣) or we’ve passed this on to someone else. It would make more sense to me to close a report when the rubbish has been removed. I hope you have more luck with this. Great for knowing when the bins are being collected and that’s it. -- TimTimTim0101, 2025-02-06 ### **--- "Always uncollected my brown bin" Uncollected my brown bin again on 8/1 112 Victoria St Denton M34 3Qz -- II Chan, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "Won’t take details" Had to re download the app, now it can’t find my address so can’t use the app -- poorlysickinthehead, 2024-07-03 ### *---- "App not displaying info" The app is not displaying any info on bin collection dates and does not give me any reminders despite checking all are enabled for it. Needs improving and probably a major update as soon as possible. -- Nick Mihalcea, 2024-03-09 ### ****- "Does what you need" Pretty good for a council app, doesn’t deserve the poor reviews. Only suggestion would be to improve the design language, maybe make use of UI Kit. -- hybrok, 2023-12-29 ### *---- "Other addresses not supported" I need to put my mother’s bins out but can only get the collection info for my address. Completely useless -- mgbcmb, 2023-12-14 [View all Tameside Council reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Tameside Council Discovered Keywords - hyde - tameside council ## Apps Similar to Tameside Council - [MySBSPay](https://apptail.io/app/mysbspay-Mip/united-kingdom) - [Salary Extras](https://apptail.io/app/salary-extras-Yhz/united-kingdom) - [Cosmo Bingo](https://apptail.io/app/cosmo-bingo-nAC/united-kingdom) - [Q-Bell](https://apptail.io/app/q-bell-Bmgc/united-kingdom) - [MyMasjid Digital](https://apptail.io/app/mymasjid-digital-Ucqe/united-kingdom) - [My Simple Life](https://apptail.io/app/my-simple-life-vqLe/united-kingdom) - [Club 3000 Bingo](https://apptail.io/app/club-3000-bingo-arLe/united-kingdom) - [My Council Tax](https://apptail.io/app/my-council-tax-RAUn/united-kingdom) - [RMG Living](https://apptail.io/app/rmg-living-Lyko/united-kingdom) - [Ashton Central Mosque](https://apptail.io/app/ashton-central-mosque-pXMu/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
