They do not solve problems, all what they think of is how to close the complains, I am facing a problem with parking for the past 6 months, made more than 8 complains and they closed them all with the same “copy,paste” answer…. I am surprised from such a behavior !!!
App seems not working properly as we are unable to sign in or contact support agents.

Not showing anything just black screen
Not all problems are solved, especially those related to the Department of Municipalities and Transport and the Integrated Transport Centre
The agent put me on hold after every interaction, she had no patience & did not know how to resolve the issue. I sent the request & within 30 minutes they closed the issue without resolving it. Terrible service
Complaints were not actioned upon in a timely manner. It’s like they don’t have sense of urgency for the complaints raised to them
It crashes everyday in every section, it’s so unstable and undependable.
