I downloaded it 5 years ago and I’m absolutely obsessed. If you want to get yourself into a healthy lifestyle, you’re at the right place! Meal plans, Pilates, Gym workouts, at home workouts, post-pregnancy programs, HITT…do I need to go on? All for such a cheap price! The level for just one of these programs would be the same as in-person class at the gym. Not only that, the amount you would pay for a month in any in-person gym class is more expensive than a whole year of the app! And it’s all available in the palms of your hands! The meal recipes are absolutely delicious and so healthy, you won’t want to stop making them. And most of the recipes include most of the ingredients you have in your pantry at home! Make the right choice for yourself, are start with TammyFit. Enjoy the addition to the healthy lifestyle! -- Cayley1299, 2024-11-10 ### **--- "Bugs that need fixing" I’ve been using this app for about 6 years now and the most recent makeover they did left a lot to be desired. It doesn’t keep track of the weights you’re doing even when you input them. So when I get to that workout the next week it’s set back to “0 lb” again so what’s the point of being able to enter the weights? I also wish it allowed you to select which days you want to do rest on, rather than just choosing for you because if I miss a day the schedule is just all messed up. There are some other odd UX bugs too, the app development team needs to go through everything with a fine toothed comb because there’s some odd instances where you can’t type in certain boxes in the settings/profile section, you can’t keep track of the weights, the videos aren’t syncing with the actual workout (it’ll show me the video for the next or previous workout) etc. The list goes on, anyone who actually uses this app daily as intended feels my pain which almost makes it more frustrating considering the issues are so blatant and haven’t been fixed even with the latest “bug fix” update. Unfortunate because the programs are excellent but for what we are paying you would think the app would at least be more functional. I am currently doing my 4th challenge from the app. The results it’s provided mentally and physically are what keep me coming back for more every single time 👏🏽🎉 I am a new single-mom so having this app has allowed me to save time and money by not having to go to the gym to get my workout in. Outside of the challenge, I utilize the Yoga program and individual workouts (there is literally everything booty, arms, legs, core, etc.) and I’m telling you right now, I genuinely love the person I’ve become FROM USING THIS APP. I finally did it I joined the Tammy fit challenge hehe ✨🍑I came across the anoucment late at night and committed right then and there to do it 5 days in the gym !! I felt so right that this was the time to do what I have been hesitating ( I had a health issue for a couple years and I could not do a consistent like this without getting sick or feeling horrible , I feel so blessed to be able to do this now after healthy supplements, working with applied kinesiology, and first and foremost God leading me to healing and ultimately healing me ) for one reason or another and wanting to do for a while now, I truly believe God put it in my feed !! It has given so much motivation at a time where I really needed a hard re-set and to get passed silly insecurities and time drainers from over thinking to feeling like I couldn’t do 5 days in the gym a week I HAVE OVERCOME 🔥!! The app is really pretty, it has everything I need, and really provides a lot of workouts of different types. It's easy to add friends and keep up with your challenge along with your nutrition. My favorite part is going through out and being able to see your progress until you get to the end and it shows a checkmark on the calendar!
