I’ve used Tanda as an employee for 3 separate jobs now. One as a casual employee and twice as a manager. As a casual in 2021 is was useful to see rosters and get shift notifications. As a manager, I’ve only ever had issues with the app and the website, causing issues in the workplace. Our upper management agrees but changing to a different rostering system at this time is not a priority. Each “update” gets more bugs and irrelevant tabs added to the app. The app is the real issue in the equation. I’ve genuinely never used an app with as many bugs as this, and in this day and age, for an app and tool that is paid for by clients, it’s a disgrace. If the app decides to open it will most definitely show the wrong “tab” to what you’ve clicked on and then you need to click on different items on the page before clicking what you actually need to load before it will appear. The option to give feedback to the app has also disappeared so letting Tanda know the issues you have is troublesome. I would not recommend purchasing this programme to anyone wanting to streamline their rostering system.
Bug while applying for leave
There’s a bug right now that occurs every time I try to apply for leave, I try to put in the amount of hours and as soon as I click away from the box it automatically goes back to 0 hours and I can’t click request leave. It’s been doing that for about a week andI just updated and it’s still doing it. Please fix this ASAP I need to make doctors appointments allot and need to apply for leave for them.
The latest update has locked me out.

App name is coming as workforce.com instead of tanda, I think developers should work on this

Problems with the app
I’ve tried on multiple occasions to sign back into Tanda after the app had crashed when signing out of my shift about a month and a bit ago now it’s just beyond joke now I was wondering if someone could help with this matter please
This app needs to be fixed
I can’t even log in this app however I can log in on google or safari. Every time I try, it resets everything on the log in portal and makes me type it up only to happen again and again and when I try and verify using my email it never works and sends me back to the log in portal, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still does not work. It is impossible to get in this stupid app.
Needs improvement
I use this app for work but it causes issues with my pay. It takes away hours I have worked so I don’t get paid correctly. It puts in breaks where I have not had a break, so again, my pay is incorrect. I have had to bring it up multiple times with my work place due to the apps insufficiency.
