Customer support are useless - live chat sessions time out because Tandem support takes too long to reply. Unable to connect by phone. Tandem support refuse to help with login issues over email. No daily interest displayed which is poor, given this is a standard feature with other app based banks. There is no way to input manually so the bank verification will fail as the address will never match.
