How about longer extended bolus, follow option, note taking tools and improving Source so it can be a tool to help improve our numbers . It is very clunky. Libre offers a great tool. Tandem can do better! -- T5255, 2025-01-03 ### ****- "One day everything is working fine, then …." the next day my high n low limits on the screen r gone, or just one is gone. When they r gone there is no “Time In Range” displayed! Some times there is no CGM reading, “Out of Range”, and nothing has changed and my Dexcom app is reporting a number! None of this is critical, I just hope the algorithm is still working. -- LooperBill, 2024-12-31 ### **--- "Tandem Server & App Issues" Using the tandem web app to get important user information (such as total daily units of insulin) is somewhere between difficult to impossible. Even though the pump was designed to work with an iPhone, in order to connect to the Internet and get information about pump usage, you have to clear out all cookies and web information every time you login. This is true whether I’m using Safari, Google, or Google Chrome. My doctors office even has this problem. The Moby app itself does not provide any information about daily insulin usage. Also, the tandem web app does not provide any easy way to print all pump,glucose, and insulin Information out in a single or combined report. You have to click through multiple tabs and print multiple reports out to get what should be one simple information report. -- GizmoFellow, 2024-11-14 ### ***** "App could use total daily dose data" I love that I can now do an extended bolus through this app (where it wasn’t available in tconnect app). I wish this app had just a little more though: - Total daily dose info would be great so I could review my days and look for daily trends at a summary level. The app itself has done exactly what it’s supposed to do. However, like many reviews here, there is a connection problem e.g., the app will lose connection to my Dexcom G6 occasionally. It’s not the end of the world because I also get BG readings on my Dexcom app, but whenever the Mobi app loses connection then I lose the amazing Control IQ. It would be great to see this concern addressed in a new firmware update. Another hope I have is that Tandem will make the Mobi app compatible for the Apple Watch so that I don’t have to always look at my phone to bolus. Having the option to use either my watch or phone would be a real plus to me. -- Btroy18, 2024-10-11 ### **--- "Doesn’t work with iPhone 16 PRO!" The app is currently incompatible with the iPhone 16 Pro, and after contacting Customer Support, I was told there was nothing they could do. I even offered to join the TestFlight beta program to help test the new hardware, but despite calling 3 times, I received no follow-up or acknowledgment of the issue. If you're using the X2, I recommend sticking with it, or if you have the Mobi, keep using your old phone. It's really disappointing, especially since I rely on this device for my health. The least Tandem could do is notify customers of this compatibility problem. I hate to say this, but I may have to consider switching to the OmniPod to see if they care! -- Elisharrell, 2024-09-29 ### ***** "Love my Mobi!" I've been using the Mobi pump for over 4 months now and I love it! The weight of the pump is less than half of the T:slim X2, which makes a huge difference - I can hardly feel it on me! The app works great and I haven't had any issues so far. Thank you Tandem! P.S. Please make a widget available so blood glucose can be seen on lock screen! Exercise feature and time to run it as well as stopping insulin time to run before it alerts are definitely needed. Love the phone controls. But, I hate that I have to go to Tandem Source on the website to see my total daily insulin use. On the T-Slim I was able to see that directly on the pump. Please fix that and soon! It would be amazing to have the total daily insulin available on the main screen and then when you tap it, it brings you to the breakdown of basal/bolus and the option to see how much you used over a period of days.
