The Tandem t:slim mobile app, the companion app for your pump.

- Serves as a discreet, secondary display for the pump† 

- View pump data and receive push notifications directly on your smartphone‡ 

- Wirelessly upload pump therapy data to the cloud† 

Note: Units of measure on app may differ from those pictured above. Mobile app units of measure will match the paired t:slim X2 insulin pump. 

ALWAYS READ THE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE. 

If the language set on your smartphone is supported by the mobile app, then the mobile app will display in that language. If the language set on your smartphone is not supported by the mobile app, then the mobile app will display in English. 

*Requires a t:slim X2 insulin pump from Tandem Diabetes Care and a compatible smartphone. Additional restrictions apply. Refer to the user guide for t:slim X2 insulin pump for a list of warnings and precautions.   

†The information on the Tandem t:slim mobile app display may not be identical to the current status of your pump. Wireless uploads from the Tandem t:slim mobile app to the cloud-based Tandem Source platform require a compatible phone and an internet or wireless data connection. Uploads to the Tandem Source platform do not take place in real time and should not be relied upon by healthcare providers, pump users, or caregivers for remote patient monitoring. Standard carrier data rates may apply. ‡You cannot dismiss alerts and alarms from the app and must do so on the pump itself, but once an alert or alarm has been dismissed on the pump it will also disappear from the mobile app.

### **--- "Constantly loses signal"
What’s the point of the app if I constantly have to dig out my insulin pump from my pocket under my work equipment and wait for the phone to reconnect to the pump? It constantly loses signal. I don’t think it used to be this bad.

### ****- "Basic - More Features Please"
I am on my 3rd t-slim pump now and would like to see more features in the mobile app. 1) Split bolusing - this can only be done on the pump, why not on the app. 2) Reports - I would like the ability to pull these on my phone (as I do with Dexcom Clarity) and not have to go to my laptop to run them. 3) when blousing from an iPhone the “Done” button is WAY TO CLOSE to the number 3. I often inadvertently tap The #3 when I mean to tape Done and all of a sudden the app says 353 carbs instead if 35 (for example). Yes, I catch it before I deliver the bolus, but it is irksome because it happens so often. The pump interface is more fat thumb friendly with the blue check mark further from the #3.

Works decently, but I highly wish I could sync it with Apple Health, so I could use the insulin data with other apps (ex. food tracking, exercise tracking, biometric tracking, etc.)

Will send you a push notification every single minute if you get a notification on your pump that you haven’t read. There is no way to disable this except for disabling notifications. And is extremely annoying when my pump gives me multiple alarms for the same thing

### **--- "Can’t stay connected"
I really liked this app and found it very helpful and convenient for a quick discreet check on my BG and for ease of delivering a bolus without digging out my pump. However, a few months ago it started to lose its connection to the pump regularly. Sometimes after a hour or so, sometimes a few days. Each time had to go through the pairing process again. If it stayed connected for longer, it wouldn’t be so bad to occasionally have to reconnect, but it is practically unusable for readings or delivery most of the time. I have made multiple calls to support reaching friendly helpful people, but nothing works and it continues to be unreliable.  I don’t know if it’s a software issue or an iOS issue, I just know it doesn’t work as expected or even close anymore. I would add that my DexCom G6 very rarely loses connection to my phone.

I just recently got the t: slim insulin pump and my doctor had me download this app to make things easier for when I can't get to my pump. I have been fighting on and off with the app due to it not letting me make and account or login in. The only link that works is the need help link. I'm very frustrated that the app won't work.

I use the app when I wear my pump under a dress and if any alert goes off I can’t dismiss it without going to the bathroom and getting undressed. So I just have to fill it vibrate and go off all day. Super inconvenient
