The last 3 deliveries have been 100% inconsistent. I edit my orders to be chicken based meals, but right before the order gets confirmed, it reverts back to “veggie stir fry”. My fridge is stacked with veggies on the verge of going bad because that’s all they have been sending. Too much to keep up with. I’ve contacted support and they have offered some help, but never permanently corrected the issue. Horrible experience. -- the ni66er, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Worst service—constant wrong orders" This apps service has zero actual customer service and they continue to send me boxes of the wrong food that I haven’t ordered. Absolutely awful. -- CerebralSucks, 2024-12-06 ### *---- "No variety ," Don’t do it they send you the same things every week, no changes at all, and more likely than not will change your order, they never seem to have the menu options you choose and will replace them arbitrarily, and standard answer is “ all orders based on availability “ if everything is preordered why are the not enough ingredients ordered to fill your customers orders! -- Bloodgypsy, 2024-11-27 ### *---- "Terrible" The diet I chose is not available, and they keep sending the same food every week with the same ingredients. I didn't request this, I selected a different diet! -- VetaVegan, 2024-10-14 ### *---- "Honestly terrible" Horrible customer service. I’ve tried to fix my orders EVERY WEEK and EVERY WEEK they change my order BACK to the default which is ridiculous because they gave me 90% VEGAN options…WTH? No thanks, I don’t want vegan cauliflower quinoa bowls FOR 4 months straight ?! I can’t even stomach the texture of their watery overcooked spinach in most of their bowls they’ve given me. I love veggies but they are overcooked and stringy. I have messaged multiple customer service reps in the app and none has even responded at all. There’s zero info to fix or cancel your order…nothing. They see my messages and have been ignoring them, 3 separate reps now. And when I got a single response it was “oh sorry I can’t do anything, want some fresh food instead?” If I wanted fresh food the food bank is right down the street. So now I’ve had a third week completely wasted!! -- JBnJB2012, 2024-10-04 ### *---- "Useless App" Shows me options to customize orders, then doesn't let me customize anything at all. I got an entire order without any meat this month. I'm starving, and I've lost an unhealthy amount of weight, especially for my BMI. -- Deveeno Bobeeno, 2024-10-04 ### *---- "Unreliable!" The app itself is fine, but Tangelo's service is inconsistant and unreliable. I require a specialized diet, and despite specifying as such when I signed up, Tangelo frequently sends me food items that do not comply with my dietary needs. I have contacted customers support multiple times, and this problem has not been resolved. Fortunately I do not rely on Tangelo as my only source of food, because if I did, I would be forced to choose between going hungry for a week or eating food that's bad for my health. Bottom line: the Tangelo service is great when it works, but very frustrating when it doesn't (which is most of the time). How hard can it be to send me the correct food every week!? -- Z3-27, 2024-08-30 ### *---- "Unusable" At the initial launch once downloaded, the app is asking for access to notifications and it just stops at that screen. There is no button to confirm or reject to move forward with the process. This app needs to be reviewed. -- Jonathan_QTL, 2024-07-15 ### ***** "A Real Godsend" Perfect portions. Tasty . Trusted delivery. Easy enrollment. Would recommend!! -- TheWalkingWokr, 2024-06-18 ### *---- "Terrible! Worst of the worst" They send you random foods! They keep bill your insurance even when they didnt deliver your order! very dishonest and unethical company -- Rumcookie2746, 2024-05-15 [View all Tangelo reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Tangelo Discovered Keywords - accessibility for all - access all - tangelo - healthy food for all ## Tangelo Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/united-states) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/china) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/armenia) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/philippines) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/australia) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/spain) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/pakistan) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/czechia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/ecuador) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/france) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/united-kingdom) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/ireland) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/india) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/south-korea) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/lebanon) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/netherlands) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/peru) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/turkey) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/ukraine) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/venezuela) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/austria) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/brazil) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/tangelo-get-food-prescribed-cJke/chile) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
