I play this game every evening. It’s the better of tangle knot games however, I would like to be able to use my coins on things other than rope styles, buttons and backgrounds preferably for tickets, bundles or more time. 
Also, it would be nice if leftover time carried over into the next level, and lastly, I would most likely also enjoy a 3rd option to use coins instead of the two options of using tools and/or watch a 20sec video. 

Another suggestion for the Lava challenge, it could improve by obtaining tools as well.

Lastly, I have so many coins, I am 5/5 of all 4 levels in the new map addition. How long does it take before a new Cityscape comes out? What is the point? There are no challenges in this new addition.

Thank you for letting me share. I am 7 games away from level 8000. I hope I was able to provide you with some insight on how to keep players playing.

The game is fun, but it often glitches and “steals” the power ups I’ve earned. When I use my earned tickets or other advantages sometimes, not always, the game won’t play, locks up or the graphics go bad. I feel ripped off (which is interesting for a free game).
Game is getting less and less fun with all the glitches and stealing of my power up tickets.

I’ve got quite a collection of coins but they are worthless. You can’t use them for anything. It would be nice to use them for power ups but nope. Tickets are what you use, but they don’t come along almost ever. Not a fan of this one.

I love this game, but after ranking first in a weekly contest, I never received any of the prizes. It went immediately into the next week’s leaderboard, and none of my points for completed games are showing. I’ve completed at least 50 levels, and the leaderboard still says my score is “0”. Need to fix this glitch.

Normally I wouldn’t leave a ranty review on a game, especially mobile games since the bar is a lot lower. But I am sick of this game!!! First of all, the super-hard levels (labeled as such by the game) are unskippable and are really difficult to complete. At least make them optional for extra points or something like that!! Second, the fact that it is timed makes the game stressful to play and not enjoyable. Maybe add a peaceful mode where there’s no timer? Third, the lag is unbearable. I get that you wanna make the ropes move in a realistic way, but it ends up slowing the game down, especially the hard ones. Since the game is timed, this could cost you a level! I just generally hate the way you made this game. I know it’s mean but I just can’t. Hopefully you can see this and make some changes. Thank you for listening to this rant of mine! It’s a good concept of a game, but just poor execution IMO. Thank you! [][][][] Edit— This problem is more on the dev side, I just looked at some reviews and the dev answers are irritating and unsatisfactory. They seem to be really overly nice to ppl who leave good reviews, but kind of meh towards negative reviews. Multiple negative reviews I saw had the devs avoiding the questions and suggestions, one I saw was SUPER passive-aggressive sounding, and another one had the devs saying ‘because we fixed one of the problems you listed, could you please leave a higher review?’ Like they just want to get more ppl to get the game so they need good ratings for that. And they ignore most reviews too! There’s a huge difference between a bad game and a game with bad developers. This game is definitely the latter.
