The order screen never loads so the app is totally useless

Works well and had a good clean UX

New app and its horrible, give back old site. And they got rid of two tank specials

No back button work for iPhone 12

App drops out and comes up blank every few days. Have to delete and sign in doesnt hold login nor does it give any option to feedback. SAD as good when works. Shame no one is interested. Cheers Ps even to send the arrogance of the company won’t allow you without hassle. Double SAD

I used to order so many smoothies via the app… then something happened, the store didn’t receive the order… so I fought tooth and nail to get my shake while showing the store my transaction on my banking app. I then gave the store another go and same thing happened. So now I don’t order any more and trying to explain to Tank Juice on Facebook as to why it’s happened is like smacking your head against a brick wall.

Not to impressed can’t even get onto the app as it says that I have no internet connection when I have internet and I have data 😔 very annoying

App doesn’t work, says no internet connection when my phone has data and every other app in my phone is connecting to the web.

No Stanmore Bay store for starters. Disappointing.

Ever since Apple Pay disappeared it’s too hard to place an order. App always logs you out so you have to remember your password, then find and enter your credit card number. You had something good going and you’ve gone backwards.
