Last week Tankfarm installed three immediately within 24 hours I became aware that there were some issues with the installation and the service. I did receive one voicemail today in response to a detailed email I sent them regarding the issues with the service. Indeed, that was good.start. I am however, still looking to get these defects resolved. I left a couple messages today. Hopefully we’ll hear back from them soon and they put the same effort into resolving the issues as they did into recruiting this new customers. I plan to circle back here in the next 60 to 90 days to provide you with update on this review. Problems are a symptom of life and there to be expected so merely complaining I believe it is not good enough. What is important to me in my role as a consumer is to assist others, with an honest sharing of my experience with companies I do business with I think reviews have the wonderful potential to up the game for service providers and less than the guest work out of deciding about the decisions we regularly make as consumers about our choices in the vendors and product we engage with and purchase. -- PhotographerSteve, 2024-12-24 ### *---- "System" I’ve been a member before and the system worked. Now that I’ve moved I only get the code to invite, can’t see what’s in the tank. I literally get nothing from app anymore. For this it’s a 1star til it’s fixed. -- Korina H, 2023-03-20 ### ***** "Service is great, metrics are off" As another reviewer said, the usage metrics aren’t accurate. But, the tank level is - the day after it hit 30% the propane company was out filling it. So far I’m happy with the company and service. -- CinnamonTrix, 2022-01-13 ### ***-- "Good first release. Missing features." Looks like devices are only phoning home every week once. So usage isn’t helpful. Also cannot update account info like name or other items. Makes it hard to keep information clean. Would be nice to name tanks versus tank 1. -- Dtaylor89, 2020-12-17 [View all Tankfarm reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Tankfarm - [Mopeka TankCheck](https://apptail.io/app/mopeka-tankcheck-LIg/united-states) - [Nee-Vo](https://apptail.io/app/nee-vo-Fhj/united-states) - [TM+ Pro](https://apptail.io/app/tm-pro-zFW/united-states) - [ControlMax](https://apptail.io/app/controlmax-oyde/united-states) - [Crystal Flash Tank Monitoring](https://apptail.io/app/crystal-flash-tank-monitoring-Jkfe/united-states) - [Ford Propane](https://apptail.io/app/ford-propane-LXfe/united-states) - [SeeLeveL Sync](https://apptail.io/app/seelevel-sync-umfn/united-states) - [MyPropane](https://apptail.io/app/mypropane-JJEp/united-states) - [FuelUp: Gas Prices](https://apptail.io/app/fuelup-gas-prices-cqtw/united-states) - [S+K](https://apptail.io/app/sk-AzIw/united-states) ## Tankfarm Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/tankfarm-XBZc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/tankfarm-XBZc/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
