I downloaded this app on Christmas Day. I selected the monthly subscription which had a 3 day free trial. After opening the app and looking at the features I realized I wouldn’t need it and immediately canceled my subscription. I contacted support a few days later. Nothing! Still waiting for the refund. I have no idea about the product itself and it could be fine. Lack of response and refund though indicate customer support and ethical concerns however.
If you can't even get the app to work in a dry run capacity, "one time only," surely you could be considered a fool for downloading an overpriced app with horrible "cost-saving" subscription deals (you know the ones that want 99.99 for an app you barely use). Thus, after three attempts and over a precious hour trying to print a bank statement, I surrender, I give up, I don't have the money for the outrageous subscription rate and doubt I can get this app to recognize my Samsung printer anyway so it's an epic fail and I.onlh take the time to warn off other creative "types" or people who need to print a document to survive (me in this case today so it's a big disappointment but chalk it up to tech's big lie. Wish this worked as advertised. Wish apple would do their job and protect its loyal customers from the endless proliferation of useless non functioning apps with excessively high subscription rates. All apps like this should have pay as you go feature especially if they're not going to work for most people the average folks out there who can't afford hundreds of dollars for fees and services valued way below the purchase required to get basic functions to even work. Shame on you 'app store' for promising low expectations delivering even less every promotional cycle. Greed is growing. American pride in our work waning.
I do not print very often so do not want you to pay a fee to print.I like to order my cartridges when I get low .I do not like to pay a fee when I hardly print anything.I think HP is not good.
