The app works best when customer is using Apple Pay from the phone it's a 60% chance when using their card, however there is nothing in the app that informs you about a payout. The customer service takes one hour or more to respond. There's no phone number which lets me know this is a small company but they need to have information about payouts. For a first time user of the app it's just alarming not seeing anything of the sort or even allow me to double check my banking info.
