ログインできない
メールアドレスもパスワードも合ってるのに、何度ログインボタンを押しても画面が変わらない。 明日にはチェックインしたいのに残念。 原因を教えてほしい。
ログインできずパスワードリセットも不可に
アプリでチェックインできるのが便利で何度か利用しましたが、初めて公式サイトからの予約でアプリ内でチェックインしようとしたら現地決済で予約をしていたので支払い画面に。 PayPayを選択して画面遷移した先のPayPayアプリでエラーとなり、その後tapAppliでは「チェックイン準備前です」と表示されチェックイン画面に進めなくなりました。 いったんログアウトして再ログインしたら変わるかと思ったら、パスワードが違うと言われログイン出来ずに。 それは良いとして、パスワードリセットをしたら確認コードが登録メールアドレスに一切送られて来ずログインできなくなりました。 利用出来ていれば便利なアプリですが、利用出来なくなった途端に非常に不便な状況となります。 アプリのログイン画面に問い合わせ先の記載もなく、FAQも無いためどうすればいいのかすらわからない状況です。
アップデートしたのに
【新しいアプリのバージョンがあります。 アプリをアップデートしてください。】 と出てアプリからはチェックイン出来ませんでした！ 一度アプリを消して入れ直しても同じメッセージが出ます！
