Don’t get me wrong, I love the comics and novels but it’s just getting so money hungry at this point. From releasing free stories and events that give you bonus ink (which if you don’t know expires after a few days) for free after waiting for 3 hours to but they’ve basically removed that free feature and put THE FREE INK BEHIND A PAY WALL? Not to mention they raised the COST OF CHAPTERS a while ago. Look, we all get it. Licenses and all that stuff is really expensive. It would be a whole different story if they communicated these changes better!! Because I had no idea about this before speaking with other users. And it’s laughable how the rewards for new releases remain the same as when they were free to get now that you need to pay for them. If you are really sticking with this decision, which I HIGLY advise you don’t as many people will just end of using illegal websites instead, make the proper changes and raise the rewards you get from paying to read a series or increase the time limit..

I LOVE this app and im just asking cuz im poor lol and the Ads you can watch for ink could you make the price higher like 20 or sm! JUST ASKING! And you can you invite a friend for ink but I don’t get the ink? Good bye love this app recommend!^^

First I wanna apologize for I took a screenshot on a comic I was reading and it popped up a notice, don’t remember exactly what it said, but basically that it wasn’t allowed. I wasn’t aware of that but I promise I have deleted said picture (if needed or desired I can show evidence for this). I also later saw on the Authors bio that they don’t want people to repost or translate their work and while I don’t think what I did or was gonna do counts as that I still regret what I did and I have donated what little ink I could as compensation as well as apologized on tapas to them. I want to clarify that I was in no way gonna use it for reusing in any public way what so ever. I would use it as a screen background. Again I apologize. That was my fault 100 %. The series I was reading was Apathetic Boyfriends so if by chance the author of that is reading this as well, sorry. On another note. I’ve very inactive on Tapas lately and both before and after this happened I have tried to delete my account but find that I can’t unless I log in on the internet, in other words not using the app. This is all fine and good but when someone’s using the app and is logging in via e AppStore account (which is an option provided by the tapas app) then this doesn’t work. I’ve tried add my profile so that my email address is there, byt I can’t since I need to fill in my password, which I don’t have for some reason even though I’m filling it in time and time again. I e also thought of the possibility of it is just me forgetting my password or something like that, but I’ve tried that route as well and come up empty. I don’t know the mechanics of tapas, both the app and the website, but I think it would be much easier if a lot of the functions existing on the wed site could be used on the app as well. Update: I just tried creating an alternative account via email and then deleted it a bit later. It worked without any problems at all. I think this further shows how the app version is falling behind. Sorry if I’m bothering anyone, just thought I’d bring this up. I’ve seen someone else also have some problem with deleting their account so I don’t think I’m the only one.

I’ve been using Tapas for some time now, and I can only tell you how great the experience has been. Despite the many complains about the pricing, I’ve never had any particular issues with it. Tapas offers a lot of deals where you can earn ink (currency in the app) without having to spend any real money. By watching ads, or even doing surveys, you get enough ink to buy any premium comic of your choosing. Even without doing this, Tapas does a lot of challenges where you can earn ink, different sales, and sometimes even contests. I personally love it, since I read a lot and don’t want to spend all of my money of webtoons, this allows me to still enjoy my hobby whilst sparing my wallet. The only reason why I’m not giving this full stars is because of the minor bugs, and because there is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to app design and accessibility to the different features. Even after having used the app for some time now, I’m still learning where I can access different features and sometimes it gets overly complicated. All in all, Tapas is truly great, and it only keeps improving to accommodate to the users’ different needs and demands which is nothing but pleasing to see as a user. Sincerely, A daily Tapas User.

I’ve been reading tapas for the past 3 years but recently I started to get interested in the premium comics as well. Please fix the one tap feature!!! Every time am reading a new premium comic the next episode unlocks by itself and it gets all my ink!!!!! This really sucks because on “ wait for free” comics it messes the timer up and I can’t unlock my comics because it excludes some of the latest episodes! If this continues to happen I can reassure you that I won’t be considering buying anymore ink just to go to waist. ( I am starting to look into new comic platforms even tho I love tapas so much this action in unacceptable) - Sincerely, An angry costumer

Everything is just so good! There are so many wonderful comics. I have gotten a problem with the app right now. Everything worked until recently when the app just throws me out. Would really love to have this fixed💚🐱
