I am a subscriber and now can’t open the app. Keeps saying “can’t find subscription” Please help as I have data stored on the app and need to continue using it.

Been using TapeACall for a while now. Recently had asked me to sign in. I’ve paid the renewal fee and I am trying to sign in, but it gives me a six digit number to enter into five spaces. This makes no sense! Why give me a six digit code if you only provide five spaces? So now I can’t login I’m stuck! Somebody from development. Please get back to me before I give this app a really bad rating, and give me back my money if that’s the case.

I call the number but I won’t let me add a call

It asks me to subscribe every time even though J already subscribed. It is basically a scam.

I haven’t been able to record phone calls since January 8. After explaining that I’ve been using the app for years I get instructions from “Ihar” on how to record phone calls with the app. I recieve an apology. Am asked to provide my phone number and carrier to look into my query. Then I’m given instructions that don’t work. Ihar gave me a number for New York despite the information that was given that would indicate that I’m from Canada and the province, and the city. So 10 weeks later the app still doesn’t work, but of course I’ve been charged every month since January, regardless. Now I’m being told that you’re currently restructuring your Customer Support department to deliver a better service. I want my money refunded for the last three months and somebody to deal with that has a clue about the world outside of India.

I had a VERY IMPORTANT meeting at my workplace and it ran over 60 mins and when I went to leave, it indicated I was over 60 minutes. No problem. So it captured most of the meeting… WRONG! I went back in my history to review the meeting and makes notes and there was NOTHING saved even though the screen showed me during the meeting it was recording. This is a very very costly error on my end.

I think it is a terrible site app when you record a truly memorable image voice recording of your mother and expecting the recording to be there only to find out after my mother died that the recording was no longer there on the app. There should have been some kind of warning sound or otherwise that these recordings which was really precious to our family was permanently gone. Wasted my money. No app support it says page not found and every time it goes to call the local number I get a busy signal. It used to be good but now it’s just a money trap!!! DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS!!!!
