已經給了8x元買了pro version，一年後竟然不能access我之前的錄音檔案，除非我訂閱他們的月費或年費服務… 搞笑，當初買了pro version也沒有說要付年費的呀！不然我下載免費版再付月費年費不是一樣？！為什麼要用8x多買一個pro version？簡直是騙錢的！

I’m paying so much for this app EVERY year, why can’t you fix your server? It’s been down for 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!
Not working for HK users !!!!!
The HK access number is not working! Cannot use this app from HK, and feel so frustrated paying almost 90 HKD for a useless app!! I NEED A REFUND!
Cannot record the Hk number from this apps
Worst customer service ever. I’ve had two calls unavailable since 03-03-2020. I’ve done everything that has been asked of me. Remove app. Reboot phone. Reinstall. Edit dial in number. With days and days in between support responses. I will be unsubscribing and requesting a refund through my payment method if I don’t get resolution immediately. (By the way, these are not my only two issues in the last few years. Just the two most recent.) The apps cannot record the HK number voice.
