Fast, simple and intuitive drum sampler for iOS. Tapko is a fast, no-nonsense drum sampler built by a musician for musicians. Just load your sounds, build your kit, and go.

Tapko is a lightweight, fast and easy to use AUv3 drum sampler plugin for iOS. Load it in any AUv3-compatible host — AUM, Loopy Pro, GarageBand, Cubasis, and more — and play custom drum kits via MIDI or on-screen pads.

FEATURES
• 16-pad drum sampler with per-pad sample import
• Load any audio file — WAV, AIFF, MP3, M4A, FLAC, CAF
• Per-pad 3-band EQ (low shelf, mid peak, high shelf)
• Per-pad volume (0–200%), pan, and choke groups
• Velocity-sensitive multi-layer samples, up to 5 layers per pad. (still an experimental feature)
• Swipe controls for volume, EQ, and pan directly on pads
• Kit Store — download free community drum kits (in progress)
• Import and export kits as .tapkokit files
• iCloud sync — kits stay in sync across all your devices
• MIDI note mapping (GM drum layout by default, fully customizable)
• Factory presets and MIDI Program Change support
• Minimal CPU usage — real-time C++ DSP engine with vDSP acceleration

DESIGNED FOR HOSTS
Tapko is an AUv3 instrument plugin. Open the companion app once to register the plugin and enable iCloud sync, then load Tapko in your favorite host app.
