Apps advertisements for coins are not working after acheving coins its asking to watch ads for claiming the coins but ads are not coming or working in ios i dont know why

Worst user experience and customer service
Application has many good novels and stories but has a worst ever user experience along with customer service as getting to much ads while opening the application but when you try claim rewards it will throw notifications saying no ads returned, try again later. No proper response or steps taken resolve this even after raising multiple complaints always get same same response this is worst ever experience I ever had till now based on novels or stories application.
Coins not credited
Taken money but not credited the coins. Its been three weeks am continously contacting the help centre but no response.
Add’s cannot be played most of the time
When ever I try to watch adds to redeem coins 95% of the add will not get played

Its good to read but from last few days its not working on iphone. Not available to get reward after watching ad and even some time its struck on first popup . Lot of issue with this app

Terrible customer service.Have been trying to reach u for the past 2 days.Paid money,but coins not reflected.And no one has replied in customer service.
Bug in theApp
For the past many months the reading experience was great. However, from the past few days the ads either have a problem playing or even if they play it freezes while processing the claim. Just yesterday, I watched 10 ads but could claim only two for rewards. Please fix it!
