More than just another vaping or smoking tracker, Tapor provides a simple, guided way to actually help you cut down or quit comfortably. For those who vape, it gives you a defined time to put it down. Unlike smoking, there is no natural end point to vaping which can lead many to over do it. Gradually reduce the dependance on nicotine and the rituals that go along with it with timed wait periods that increase slowly. Tapor provides automated guidance and tracks all of your progress along the way too, so you will get real feedback at every step. Tapor is designed to make getting started on your plan easy, and sticking to it even easier. Whether you smoke or vape, Tapor starts you at your current use level and introduces a structured, time-based system that helps you reduce gradually and comfortably. Set your customized plan, and Tapor helps you stick to it. No complicated setup, just easy to follow guidance to help you achieve your goals... Tapor lets you: • Start at your current level of nicotine use • Choose a goal — cut down, quit, or just pace your use to prevent overdoing it • Begin immediately with guided timing From there, the app takes over the structure — helping you build control step by step. Stay on track with at-a-glance Live Activities. You will know your phase and time remaining without having to go in app every time. With Live Activities, you can: • See your current phase directly on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island • Know instantly when you can use again • Track remaining time in your use or wait period • Stay aware without interrupting your day • You can even begin a cycle from your lock screen or Dynamic Island, freeing you from repeated app visits It’s a simple but powerful way to stay on track — always visible, always let's you know what phase you are in at a glance. A system built on timing your nicotine use... Tapor works by guiding your nicotine use through three clear phases: • Ready — you can smoke or vape if you choose to • In Use — this is the limited period of time allotted for using nicotine, prevents overdoing it and keeps usage stats accurate • Wait — the time you are to hold off, the heart of how Tapor works. Start art your comfort level, then increases gradually on cut down and quit plans As time between uses gradually expands, your dependence naturally decreases and you get used to dealing with triggers while holding off. No sudden changes. No pressure to quit overnight. Just steady, sustainable progress. Designed for real life.. Tapor is built to be used throughout your day — with advanced Live Activities integration, you don't need to open the app to know what to do •. Push notifications provide another layer of help to keep on track • Clear visual cues show exactly where you are • Simple interactions make it easy to follow your plan • Clean design keeps everything easy to understand You always know how you are progressing... Beyond timing, Tapor helps you see your improvement clearly: • Average use and wait durations • Total usage patterns over time • Charts that clearly show trends and improvements • Financial projections and actual savings based on your progress Works for both smoking and vaping... Tapor adapts to your starting point, whether you: • Smoke cigarettes • Vape regularly • Are cutting down or preparing to quit • Just want to become more mindful of your use and would like help pacing The system adjusts to your level and goals, then helps guide you forward... Why Tapor is different... Most apps just track your quit attempts or your use amounts. Tapor does this while actually helping you get there. By using time as a guide, Tapor helps turn your goals into action — making it easy to follow through.
