In starting rates are good but now when start using regularly rates are even less from google rates also

It’s a wonderful app I used ever to send money in my hometown country.
No refund when trasfer failed
Very bad experience from this app, trasnfer failed due to technical issues but after that they are not returning the money back. I have all the proofs that I can share if someone thinks I am lying.
