Very quick service within seconds your money safely received to other destinations

The app is brilliant, and always alerts you to changes and what’s going on . The customer service department are very helpful they try there best to reassure you of payments pending explain to you and give alerts and emails about your issue . I would recommend this app to people as I’ve been using for few years now .

RUBBISH APP
TRANSACTION DELAYS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVERALL SCAM. My transaction still hasn't gone through. When you contact them, you will be told the same exact script. I was told that there was a technical problem with their partner. I asked for a refund multiple times, which was refused by them. The exchange rate may be higher here than other remittance services, but it was not worth your stress at all. I do not recommend using their service. Not even worth one star rate.
Worst app
Worst app ever I’m using it from last 2 years and whenever i need to send money urgently specially on occasions it always stay in process as there customer support says there providers on holidays then whats the point of sending money if they will receive the payment after occasion i have told all my friends to use this but now i feel i have made a big mistake as they are habitual of this any occasion they simply say its in process its been 3 days already i have sent the payment even now they are saying 3-4 more days what a shame if you guys cannot cop up on holidays or occasions you should inform your clients before transferring…
Long wait
Customer service is getting worst. Nd it takes ages to deliver money.
