I love the option of shopping online with TARGET and picking up my order within 2 hours. Plus, this location is right near the EV station and I can charge my car!

Target illegally, without my permission, shut down my account and stole my gift cards and points! I’ve called five times and sent emails to resolve this issue and they say there’s nothing they can do.

The workers are fantastic but can you please let them know that all new cars have soft closing trunks and to please stop slamming them shut. I worry it is going to damage the motor that draws the trunk lid closed.

I love the convenience of shopping in the app, then picking it up in store or online. 
The only things I dislike are the same at all retailers…. You search for something specific and it gives you all kinds of stuff except what you’re actually looking for, that’s very annoying. Also don’t care much for the ai part or the new scanner on it yet. I liked the basic barcode scanner better. I do love the interactive store map.
Sometimes simpler is better, sometimes too many steps make you want to quit using it when all you want is to shop for specific things.
Finally, I like being able to save lists but I don’t like seeing how much I’ve saved in the past year ($2,800+)…it makes me think I spend too much 😂

Target makes those dreadful shopping trips a thing of the past. the fact I can sit at home and purchase everything I need and all I have to do is simply drive to the store and they load everything up is so easy and convenient. It doesn’t get much better than target!

I don’t like the fact that the app doesn’t ask at checkout anymore if you are sure that you want to get your items at different stores. One of my purchases defaulted to my preferred store without my realizing. I tried to fix the issue right away and the app treated it like it was a whole new order and charged extra fees. There is also no point to the “Forgot Something” feature at all.

The app and pickup is a total lifesaver for me.  My dog Shiner loves to go on rides and she gets so excited when we go to get our Target order and she gets to go!  She is also always treated very well by the Target Team member that brings out our orders they love on her and tell her how cute she is! They make it fun for us!

I purchased an item from Target that was sold by another company. I was giving these away as gifts so got them in advance but the person I was giving to decided they didn’t want them. I opened the app the return window was open yesterday and when I looked at the policy it dated 90 days on items. However, there is apparently another return policy buried further down about it being only 30 days for partners. I show up to return at the store today and apparently this is day 31 so the window is closed. I am furious asa longtime target customer that I am now out $184 on a gift and can’t even get it back to my card or store credit. Targets app should display the exact date you need to return something by next to the item instead of customers doing math to calculate if they are good or not. Many other brick and mortar retailers and online sellers have this feature inside of their applications. This prevents confusion and frustration from customers trying to complete a return in a window of time. I am never buying again auger this incident.

I can’t tell you how many times I come to the store to purchase things that I see online that says it’s in stock just to get here and be told that it’s not in stock or it’s still sitting on the truck and hasn’t been unloaded yet. Makes absolutely no sense.
