They draw, write stories, make music, observe the world, solve creative challenges, and express their own ideas. Through short, playful activities, kids practice creativity and communication while making something of their own. DRAW, WRITE, TELL STORIES & MAKE MUSIC Taroo brings different creative skills together in one kid-friendly app. Kids can: • Draw pictures and complete creative art challenges • Write stories, captions, and imaginative responses • Practice storytelling and expressing ideas • Make rhythms and experiment with music • Explore observation, imagination, and creative problem-solving Every activity is designed to feel like a game while encouraging kids to think, make, and experiment. LEARNING THAT FEELS LIKE PLAY Taroo helps kids practice skills that are difficult to build through worksheets and multiple-choice questions. Activities encourage kids to: • Develop stronger writing and vocabulary • Become more confident expressing ideas • Practice drawing and visual thinking • Strengthen observation and attention to detail • Explore imagination and creative problem-solving • Keep improving an idea instead of stopping at the first answer There are no single “right answers.” Kids are encouraged to explore different possibilities and create in their own way. SHORT CREATIVE GAMES KIDS CAN PLAY INDEPENDENTLY Taroo includes a growing collection of creative games and challenges. In Doodle Master, kids draw from prompts and references. In Pass the Pen, kids build stories together through writing. In Rhythm Pad, kids experiment with beats and music. In Snap Trail, kids use observation and curiosity to explore the world around them. Different games exercise different skills, so kids can move naturally between drawing, writing, storytelling, music, observation, and imagination. ### GENTLE AI GUIDANCE Creating is easier when someone helps you get started. Taroo uses AI to provide age-appropriate prompts, encouragement, and feedback that help kids develop their ideas. The goal isn't to grade creativity or tell children what to make. Instead, Taroo encourages them to add detail, try another approach, and keep creating. No tests. No pressure. No “wrong” creative answers. ### SEE WHAT YOUR CHILD CREATES Progress in Taroo isn't only about points or levels. Kids create real things: drawings, stories, writing, music, and other creative projects they can look back on and feel proud of. Parents can also stay connected to what their child is exploring and creating. MADE FOR KIDS AND FAMILIES • Kid-friendly, calm design • No ads • No social media or open chat • Creative activities designed for independent play • Parent controls and visibility into activity • A cozy alternative to passive entertainment TURN PLAYTIME INTO CREATIVE TIME A tablet can be more than something kids watch or tap through. With Taroo, kids can use it to draw, imagine, write, make music, tell stories, and create. Download Taroo and start creating today. I like how the games don’t have one right answer and the AI character doesn’t give away the answer but nudges my son in the right direction. I hope they continue to be ad free forever -- thescriptninja, 2026-04-29 ### ***** "Safe and engaging learning platform" We use Taroo as a part of our kids daily screen time. I have been coming home to my daughter proudly showing her everyday creations on Taroo. I like that there are no open chats or ads and that she is learning while having this much fun! -- Sarthak Johnson, 2026-04-29 ### ***** "Simple & Fun" We’ve been having a lot of fun with Parrot Play lately. My 6-year-old runs around the house making frog and cat noises and ends up in fits of laughter every time. It’s really simple, but that’s part of the charm—she just wants to keep playing over and over. My older kid thinks it’s a bit too childish, though he does enjoy Doodle Master and Caption Labs. Excited to see more content added, but what’s there already works great for younger kids. -- ayushmish, 2026-04-27 ### ***** "Safe way to use AI to enable learning" Discovered Taroo through a friend and have been happy with its performance. My kids (6 &8 year old) love it and now spend a meaningful amount of their screen time on Taroo. I appreciate how it gets them to write, speak, and draw through gamification. -- alokkumaru, 2026-04-25 ### ***** "Wonderful!" We did Snap Trail for the first time on Sunday and I genuinely did not expect it to go the way it did. My 8 year old started inside the flat, photographing things off the list, and then decided she needed to go down to the building garden to finish the hunt. We ended up spending 45 minutes outside which basically never happens on a Sunday afternoon. She was completely in mission mode. It is one of those rare things that uses a screen to actually pull kids away from the screen. More hunts please, the current ones are already nearly done! -- Vis@99, 2026-04-24 ### ***** "Taroo makes creativity fun and natural" This app offers a refreshing approach to nurturing creativity in children. My son has started writing stories and drawing sketches, and it’s been amazing to see how much he enjoys expressing himself, all thanks to Taroo. I highly recommend this app to parents who want to encourage creativity in their kids. -- Girinath Ravichandran, 2026-04-20 [View all Taroo reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Taroo - [Day At Kellogg](https://apptail.io/app/day-at-kellogg-LUCc/india) - [Homes by Tinybop](https://apptail.io/app/homes-by-tinybop-BeJc/india) - [Readmio: Picture to Story](https://apptail.io/app/readmio-picture-to-story-Bpdp/india) - [CampusClubs](https://apptail.io/app/campusclubs-laew/india) - [Zura - Learn, Play, Grow](https://apptail.io/app/zura-learn-play-grow-UFhw/india) - [MyWonder Learning Companion](https://apptail.io/app/mywonder-learning-companion-AAnw/india) - [Think Academy Connect](https://apptail.io/app/think-academy-connect-PIqx/india) - [Pitara Stories](https://apptail.io/app/pitara-stories-jdwA/india) ## Taroo Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/taroo-creativity-games-GCIA/united-states) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/taroo-creativity-games-GCIA/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
