The official Tartu Smart Bike mobile app is your ultimate tool to bike around Tartu. Use the mobile app to check bike availability at each station as well as your profile and previous routes. You can even unlock a bike!
Simple to use, the official mobile app is all you need to get the best out of bike share:
- Access a live map to find the closest station or take a peek at available bikes. You can also keep track of your favorite stations.
- Purchase your membership and checkout a bike all from the mobile app.
- Start the timer and get an alert before you need to dock.
- Notice a flat tire or other issue? Report any concerns from the mobile app.
- Keep track of your previous rides, total miles ridden, and more with the mobile app.

Ametlik mobiilirakendus Tartu Smart Bike on ainus vahend, mida vajate Tartus rattaga sõitmiseks. Kontrollige mobiilirakenduse abil rataste kättesaadavust konkreetses rattaparklas ning vaadake oma profiili ja eelmisi sõite. Saate sellega ka ratta lukust lahti teha!

New app design
I really like tartu smart bike solution but why did u guys make the app and it's logo so ugly? The old app logo used to be just fine blue color, showing a bike in the picture etc. but now its just letter “T” on orange background?? In conclusion the design doesnt look as appealing anymore.
Feedback
Used it on two occasions - first it took 4 attempts to add credit card and the second time i was unable to start a ride even after multiple tries. Great idea in general, questionable quality in practice.

Sisselogimine
Miks ma pean iga päev uuesti äppi sisse logima?! Kuni selle aastani sai ühe korra meiliaadressi ja parooliga sisse logida ja valida linnuke, et jääda sisse logituks. Nüüd iga kord kui tahaks vaadata, kas läheduses rattaid on, peab uuesti ootama sõnumit telefoni ja siis selle käsitsi sisestama 😡

Vähemalt pooled rattad katki/määrdund keegi ei paranda tuuakse samad katkised uuesti ringlusesse. Siis kui sõidad ja pedaal kukkub ära ja elektrisüsteem ütleb üles.

Ainus rakendus kogu iOS poes, mis nōuab iga päev uuesti sisselogimist. Palun tehke vähemalt sōnumist koodi automaatne täitmine, jube tüütu on seda kogu aeg sisse toksida.

The app keeps randomly crashing, can’t even open it properly without that happening. It worked fine up until now. Please fix the problem.
