Заблокировал карту системно, но продолжают снимать оплату за обслуживание на которую потом накидывают пеню! Гопники из восточного региона! В результаті, я погасила кредитний ліміт і через 2 місяці мені дзвонять, що в мене є заборгованість. Але! У застосунку нічого такого не відображається, оператор каже, що поки у застосунку не передбачувано дивитись заборгованості. А як це так може бути, що я не бачу повністю всіх платіжних ситуацій, які відбувається з моєю карткою? Хочу закрити кредитний ліміт, але також поки такої функції немає ))) Тобто банк може що завгодно нараховувати, а я, як фіз особа не бачу цього. Заблокувала карту і НІКОМУ НЕ РАДЖУ ВІДКРИВАТИ КАРТУ У ЦЬОМУ БАНКУ! -- Чесний_користувач, 2024-10-07 ### *---- "Сервіс повне дно" В додатку відображається не коректна інформація по стану рахунку. Думаєш що в тебе кредитна карта закрита в нуль, а потім прилітає пеня. Технічна підтримка рекомендує закрити рахунок щоб такого не повторювалось.
