Nice app

It would be useful if tags could be available to copy from one project to another. Instead of manually entering new ones. Other than that quite happy with the app so far.

Never replies to emails

Have emailed numerous times and never received any acknowledgment or reply. Very poor customer service!

Previously almost perfect

I’ve left ratings for this app in the past because it was just so good and so close to being perfect. Latest update though has definitely brought the features and experience down a few levels. Since the update I’m getting lots of problems managing tasks, task statuses and wettest of all - syncing. Losing faith in accuracy off my tasks by the time I pick them up on computer during the day having added them in faith in the morning. Will monitor for a few more days then have to ditch if I’d it continues to let me down.

Good App, don’t understand the pricing levels…

It’s a good app & has a great range of capabilities. This’s a £1.99 per month, £14.99 per year app. It’s not ‘massively’ better than any of the other major apps out there in its field. It’s comparable. So, I wonder about the sustainability of apps moving forward. This app, along with many others have had a lot of work put into them, & it’d be a shame to see it drift from use into the ‘app ether’ coz: £ Would developers rather not ask a ‘sensible’ amount from people & see their apps live long and happy lives? It’s a conundrum, for sure. A lot of hard work & thought goes into apps & rewards are deserved. I want to use the app, but the pricing means I’ll not upgrade. I’d normally buy an app outright, but the £80.00 ‘Lifetime’ upgrade is a huge risk I’m not willing to take. Will the app be here in 3-5 years? Too many apps have offered ‘Lifetime’ upgrades only to either: ‘Disappear’ or ‘Re-Invent’ themselves as something new/different, therefore meaning ‘new’ & ‘fresh’ purchases for users. All the best with the app, genuinely, it’s good, but if you want the user base the ‘big boys’ have, take a look at your pricing levels.

Great app but…

This is a great app. Really good interface and after trying so many apps, I almost bought a lifetime version of this app. However, as I used it more and more I found the need to store something other than checklists - simple notes that are not checklist tasks but just minor information. Since the app takes a Project - Task - Subtask view, the simple addition of a notes section to each project would make this an app worth paying for!

This app is so good. It helped me get so much stuff done, I really recommend to someone who always has so much stuff to do.

Very good Task manager

I have tried a few that we good, but Tasks, ticked the boxes for me. I run a company and lately forgot some important tasks that I had to do. This app really does help, I have added all the projects and their sub tasks, delivery dates. The layout is excellent and easy to use, which is important as I do not have time to work out how to use these apps. You can add notes to Tasks and attach images. It would be good to be able to add Hyperlinks and PDFs as I use these. Visually it's excellent. One note - the Widget could do with smaller text and colour less bright Red or Blue. Overall very pleased. Developers keep up the good work!

This app is one of the best apps I’ve used for tasks. If you’re late on one of your tasks it tells you personally, I think this is amazing.

Great app with some improvements possible

Just started using this app. Very easy to get to grips with. Very helpful in organising multiple projects effortlessly. Two things that I feel would make the app better are a) option to select a start date (as well as due date which is already possible) for tasks so they can be ordered by start date and not just due date in the overviews, b) option for different fonts/formatting to suit individual preferences. Great app though! Thank you for creating!

Love it but…

New version in September 2021 is even better - love the layout and everything feels more accessible. However, the iPad version is really sticky/slow for me for some reason.
