تطبيق محتال، أنصح بعدم الاعتماد عليه

طلبت منهم خدمة تنظيف المنزل الشاملة، الخدمة لم تكن حتى بمستوى العادية. قدمت لديهم شكوى ولم يردوا علي منذ وقتها، تطبيق محتال لا أنصح بالتعامل معه.

مستوى نضافة اسوء من السيء

طلبت ان التضافه تكون بضمير وايا كان عدد اللي هييجو واللي هيطلب . بعتولي واحد وجاي متأخر ساعه ومحتاج اللي ينضف وراه وردهم ومعالجتهم للمشكله المهم ادفع بس واخبط دماغك ف الحيطة . اول وآخر مرة

Very bad application

Very bad application. The workers call and then don’t come and the company doesn’t provide replacement. And they call and lie about everything.

The worst experience ever, definitely it not a cleaning company!!!

اكتر ابلكيشن فاشل ونظام فاشل شوفتو بعد ما احجز اي معاد يتصلو ياجلو بعد الي حجزتو باربع ايام او خمس ايام ومش مره لا اكتر من مره نفس الموضوع نظامهم فاشل جدااااا

i had an electrical problem and they fixed it fast.. the app is user friendly and the pricing is fair.. highly recommended!!

طلبت كهربائي من الواضح انه ماكنش عارف يشتغل واخد ١٥٠ جنيه من عير ما يعمل حاجه وقالى دى فلوس مصنعية.

No Commitment and Worst customer service

I booked an appointment a week ago and the helper called and confirmed her appointment then she called me later and asked if I cancelled my order which I didn’t then a customer service agent called me and told me to postpone my appointment as the helper has a quality issue and I told them this cannot be done. I called to follow up on my request and the agent was rude at me and he yelled at me and not listening which lead to hangup the call as this is not a way to communicate. I recommend no one use their services as they are not professional dealing with customers.
