## Tasleeh Facility Description
تصليح هو تطبيق يوفر جميع خدمات الصيانة للعملاء ويمكن من خلاله إنشاء طلبات صيانة الكهرباء والألمنيوم والتكييف والطلاء والسباكة وما إلى ذلك. كما يمكن للعملاء تتبع جميع الأنشطة التي سيقوم بها تصليح على طلبات الصيانة مثل وقت بدء الفني رحلته إلى العميل وموعد الوصول وتتبع موقعهم على الخريطة .
وأيضًا يمكن للعميل عرض تفاصيل عروض الأسعار والموافقة عليها ورفضها. كما يسمح التطبيق للفنيين ببدء الأعمال المتعلقة بطلباتهم وإنهاء تلك الأعمال.

I have been facing issues with maintenance over a year.The main problem is the house keeping.Feels lik we are staying in garbage.Rats are everywhere.I caught 4 rats above my ceiling.Rats keeping on cutting the elec items above the ceiling and if we call them there will be no response.Even at the time of extreme climate the outside temp is 42deg and the rats cut the wire and ac is not functioning. I have a 2 yr old baby. How we managed that day is still a nightmare.

No maintenance team works during holiday something happens tenants need to suffer.This is what their attitude.

These guys charges for maintenance and they are not even caring about anything. Rather than this its better they can go for looting money..

I had good maintenance in my building until Tasleeh took over. 
1. There is no option other than app
2. I m 100% sure these people don't care about the app
3. They are charging just to come and check the issue (not repairing just to check)
4. No one picks the call even if you try to contact them. I waited on them for 40min and still they didn't pick up the call.

A suggestion for all.. If you are moving into a new building ensure Tasleeh is not your maintenance provider. (If it is just leave that building and move on, it's worth every penny)
