Managed to login the first time. Then it forgot my detail. Account number added with correct password. FAIL no password reset. Not a great start.....sort it out you generate enough money for you services...whatever they are?

App crashes every time I try to load, unable to make payment. Sort the issue out.

Zero stars. App switches off while loading, the website doesn’t have a valid security certificate and the kiosk for payment is constantly unmanned.

Latest update causes a crash to home screen when attempting to load.

Impossible to pay bills with it. Very bad app.

First i activate my service on December, and had to pay since August ( 4 month ) payment that was not even activated !! And it’s thee policies with the property company who already signed with me in October and wrote the contract Tawtheeq since ( August) in August and September i was even living in AbuDhabi 😒😵‍💫!! Please do not treat people as idiots !! Thank you About the application and website is for nothing !! I’m trying to close my account and even it’s not working !! I had to move out because of this company ( Tasleem and Provis) !!! The worst services I’ve experience

Very old Application for this kind of service , if you want to make any action to your account you should call or go to them. This Application just for show that they have one. Nothing to gain for the customer.

The application needs to be revamped from top to bottom. Very old and sluggish.
