Most of the restaurants can’t be booked at weekends. Who wants to eat out in empty restaurants on a Monday night? Pizza 45-50% off but only if you spend a pig-friendly £30. Retail discounts? Can’t see any in the app. Days out? Kiddie stuff like Alton Towers or shows that probably aren’t selling. Cinema booking way too complicated, although I’m too scared to use it anyway after reading other reviews on here. A complete waste of time and money. Edit: I’m getting this “free” as an “employee benefit” and won’t be renewing it next year. A total waste of space in my wallet! Edit: I didn’t renew!

Please can you sort this out as I’m not able to find any restaurants on the app only cinemas, and baristas please refund me my money back. This is ridiculous

I’ve tried all forms of cancellation methods and they are refusing to let me cancel my subscription even when I stated that I do not use the app and it’s a waste of my money they still won’t let me cancel my subscription and keep trying to deduct payments.

The discounts are good but the app is genuinely awful- nothing ever loads even with strong wifi or 5g,

I first came across this app working for my old company, they encouraged us to use it for saving money on work expenses, the range was bad so we refused to. A few years later, I get an email explaining the benefits from my bank, the benefits it seems are for Pizza Hut or Burger King. There was an option to buy cinema tickets, but judging by other reviews(and responses by yourselves) it seems like your one saving grace was handled badly. RIP tastecard.

Difficult to use. Doesn’t refresh the list when browsing/planning future visits. Only retains list of nearby places.

The app has updated recently and it does look better. Apart from that can now only see offers for cinema and coffee/drinks shops. Can no longer see any restaurant offers even when you type it in physically. Sort this out ASAP!!

Happy with the recent updates!

Been a member for a few years and used to be really good, used it many a time in restaurants and was really worth having. Now, all I’m getting is coffee, cinema and days out in the app, no restaurants. Even changed the location to London and still no restaurants! Very disappointing. Have cancelled at renewal.
